5. Order Confirmation

Quotation is accepted

Production begins only after confirmation of all applicable requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate logos, artwork and branding instructions.

Once artwork approval is received, Aarambh Enterprise will proceed with production based on the approved design.

9. Order Changes & Cancellation

10. Returns & Replacements

As most products are customized according to customer requirements, returns or replacements are generally not accepted unless the delivered products have a verified manufacturing defect or differ significantly from the approved order specifications.

Any concern should be reported within a reasonable time after delivery with supporting photographs and order details.

Customer logos, trademarks and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

By providing branding materials, customers confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aarambh Enterprise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party logistics, customer-provided artwork or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
